Sun exposure is a big culprit with EIV. Wearing long pants (in a loose or sweat-wicking material) keeps the sun off your legs, though sunblock and tall socks can help, too.
Compression socks, that is. They not only block the sun's rays but they can reduce the swelling that is often a precursor to the rash!
Start hydrating yourself 2-3 days before your trip and prioritize water once you arrive by carrying a reusable bottle with you. Refill for free at any quick service restaurant.
These towels get cool with a simple snap. They stash easily in your day pack, and we highly recommend them not just for your legs, but to help stay cool in general.
Start a walking program well before your trip. Exercise will prep your legs and cardiovascular system for all the walking you’ll be doing at Disney. It'll also give you a chance to break in your shoes before you go!
