If you are going to Disney World over the Fourth of July you are in for an amazing time!
Disney does holidays so well and Independence Day is no exception. Disney is well known for their amazing firework display on the fourth in the Magic Kingdom! You will also find a wide variety of special food and drinks throughout all four of the parks during the holiday.
Fourth of July at Disney World
You will find plenty of patriotic things to do at the parks! Here are some of our favorites:
- The American Adventure – 30 minute show in EPCOT
- Eat at Regal Eagle Smokehouse – EPCOT
- Hall of Presidents – Magic Kingdom
- Eat at Liberty Tree Tavern in the Magic Kingdom
- Listen to the Dapper Dans on Main Street! They usually focus on patriotic tunes during the fourth.
- Take a picture in front of the liberty bell
- Spend time in Liberty Square and discover all the details of American history.
- Watch the Flag Retreat ceremony. This takes place every day at 5:00pm on Main Street
Of course, we always recommend wearing themed Disney apparel when at Disney World. If you are going to Disney over the Fourth of July – or Memorial Day – consider putting some of these items on your packing list!
