If youโre a Disney fan like us, you probably know there are a ton of hidden details tucked all over each of the Disney parks. You probably know that there are hidden Mickey’s everywhere in Disney World. One of our favorite hidden treasures is something we didn’t know about until just recently – another hidden character to find!
Did you know that you can look for Pascal from Disney’s “Tangled”? We discovered that we loved finding the hidden Pascals in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. Itโs one of those secret touches that most people walk right past without even realizing itโs there.
On our last trip, we made a point to track them down, and it was so much fun! If you have Tangled fans in your house or just love a good scavenger hunt, youโre going to want to add this to your Magic Kingdom to do list.

And good news โ we made a video of the whole thing! You can check out our YouTube video of the Pascal game if you want to see where some of them are hiding.
What Is the Hidden Pascal Game?
Right outside the Tangled-themed restrooms in Magic Kingdom (yep โ those famous bathrooms are legit amazing and on our favorite bathroom list), youโll find a little area with lanterns, a small waterfall, Rapunzel’s tower, and some of the best themed scenery in the park.
Scattered around this area are a bunch of hidden Pascals โ the mischievous little chameleon from Tangled. Theyโre tucked into the rocks, plants, and decorations, and the game is simple: see how many you can find! To be honest, we aren’t sure if there are 10 Pascals or 13….we have seen reports of both. We found 9 on our last visit.

Itโs not an official Disney game with maps or prizes โ itโs just a fun little scavenger hunt the Imagineers created for those of us who love the tiny details.
Where to Find the Hidden Pascals
Without giving too much away (because half the fun is hunting for them yourself!), we’ll give you a few tips:
- Look high and low โ some Pascals are up in the greenery, others are hiding near water features.
- Keep an eye out around the rock walls, planters, and lanterns.
- Donโt forget to check by the stroller parking area โ thereโs one sneakily perched nearby!
- There is even one (or two!) on and near the Memento Mori building towards the Haunted Mansion.
Some Pascals blend in so well you could walk by them a dozen times without noticing. Remember, Pascal is a chameleon and chameleons blend in to their surroundings! In fact…we have walked through this area many times without realizing the fun we were missing out on!

Itโs a great little activity while waiting for a bathroom break or just hanging out in the shade for a bit. And if you want a peek at where a few of them are hiding, we show some in our video.
Why We Love This Hidden Disney Detail
Disney is known for its incredible attention to detail, and this is such a fun example of that. Itโs one of those little things that makes a Disney day extra magical โ and itโs totally free! (Well, lets be honest….nothing is truly free at Disney, but this is included in your park ticket! ha!)
Toddlers, teens, parents, and grandparents can all enjoy this fun activity. Plus, itโs a fun way to slow down for a minute and really appreciate the parkโs theming instead of rushing from ride to ride.

Pro Tip: Check It Out at Night Too
The Tangled area is gorgeous at night when all the lanterns are lit up. It feels straight out of the movie, and itโs a great spot for photos. If youโre around that area after dark, swing by for a nighttime Pascal hunt too โ just be warned, itโs a little trickier to spot them in the dark!
As a quick aside – this is where you can get photos taken with a lantern! Photos start at dusk. The line gets very long very fast, so get there early if this is something you want to take advantage of.
