Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is back with fun new details for 2024! The parties are on select nights starting on August 9 and run until Halloween.

This is a very fun Halloween themed event that fans look forward to each year. You will find costumes galore and a variety of special events that only take place during the Spooky Season! Magic Kingdom attractions are ready for riders (some have Halloween themed twists) and most quick service dining options are open.

Mickey’s No-Scary-Halloween Party 2024 Dates and Times

Event Dates

  • August – 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27 and 30
  • September – 2, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27 and 29
  • October – 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 27, 29 and 31

Event Times 
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will take place from 7:00 PM to midnight. Guests with MNSSHP tickets will be admitted to the Magic Kingdom starting at 4:00pm. These date-specific tickets do not require an additional theme park ticket.

Ticket Prices 
Event tickets are $119 to $199 per ticket, plus tax (prices vary by event date). Annual pass holders can save $10 for events in August and September.

Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels can begin purchasing Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets as early as May 8, 2024. All other Guests may purchase tickets beginning on May 15, 2024.

Mickey’s Boo To You Halloween Parade

This Halloween themed parade features characters you don’t typically see in the Magic Kingdom! This year you will see characters from the Haunted Mansion including the Hitchhiking Ghosts, Minnie Mouse, Clarabelle Cow and Daisy Duck dressed as the sinister Sanderson Sisters, and a variety of Disney villains.

Showtimes: 8:15pm and 11:15pm. Subject to cancellation in case of weather.

Boo to you halloween

Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular

A special fireworks and laser show happens each night during MNSSHP. Jack Skellington from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas is the host of a not-so-scary Halloween tale. You will see Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy encounter villains, skeletons, and more on a trip to a haunted house.

Showtimes: 10:00pm. Subject to cancellation in case of weather.

Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular

The Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus will host a fun celebration show in front of Cinderella’s Castle! Be prepared to see Dr. Facilier, Oogie Boogie and Maleficent. Magical special effects will show you a variety of Disney villains and dancers. This is a very fun show! Subject to cancellation in case of inclement weather. Showtimes are subject to change.

Moonlight Melodies

There are a variety of shows happening throughout the night:

  • This is a great show for families with younger kids! Head over to Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe to jam out with your favorite Disney Junior characters.
  • DescenDANCE Party at Rockettower Plaza Stage is brand new in 2024!
  • The Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet singing group will be performing in Frontierland
  • Rusty Cut Glass is a pirate band and their crew that you can find traveling in Adventureland.

Mickey’s No-Scary-Halloween Party 2024 Dining Packages

There are several dining packages available for purchase for MNSSHP. You can book these starting June 7, 2024. You will need to have a valid MNSSHP ticket to purchase these dining packages.

MNSSHP Costume Information

  • If you want to dress up in a costume for MNSSHP you are welcome to do so. Disney does have different costume rules for the party – be sure to review the costume guidelines before you show up. And be sure to make sure you get a Disney inspired Halloween manicure!
  • Many of the classic characters (Mickey, Minnie, etc) will be in their own Halloween costumes. Be sure to let your children know so they aren’t disappointed or confused

Disney always does an amazing job with their special events. If you are considering attending Mickey’s No-So-Scary-Halloween Party we know you won’t be disappointed! Please do be aware that the event can get cancelled or abridged due to poor weather. Tickets are non-refundable.
