The Top Food Items To Have In Your Disney Hotel Room

One thing that helps to save you a ton of money when vacationing at Disney World is getting groceries delivered to your hotel room. This takes a little bit of planning ahead of time, but having food items for breakfast and snacks can really save you some cash!

Figuring out what to order can feel a little daunting. This will be specific to your family, but we definitely will help you out with a list to get you started!

Keep in mind – if you have a full kitchen vs a kitchenette or just a fridge your orders will vary.

Best Food Options For Your Disney Hotel Room

Before you place your order for food items, find out if your hotel room has the following:

  • Refigerator or “cooler” – many Disney hotel rooms only have coolers
  • Freezer
  • Toaster
  • Coffee Maker – find out if it is a Keurig or a drip coffee maker
  • Microwave

If you have a full kitchen you may want to add dinner foods to your list to help you save even more money. Otherwise, head to one of the great restaurants in the parks or go to Disney Springs for a fun dinner on vacation!

There is no need to purchase bottled water – just bring a water bottle with you and refill it at your hotel room and at the parks! There are water bottle refill stations in each of the Disney Parks. You can also get ice cold water at any quick service restaurant. We do recommend bringing Liquid IV to help make sure you are hydrated, especially during the hot summer months.

If you forgot to buy any of your essential items – diapers, lotion, bandaids, etc., you can often add these to your grocery order. Just keep in mind, you probably won’t know you forgot these things until you get there.

This could mean an extra delivery fee – but not having to leave the parks makes it worth it. This is especially true if you flew and didn’t rent a car! Here are the 7 best places to order groceries in Orlando.
